Hi, friends!
Let me repeat the excerpt, just in case there’s a character limit and it gets cut off.
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
-Billy Madison
So there’s 2 key pieces of background info you need.
- Our current state attorney general is a douchebag, in the recent tradition of Missouri AGs being douchebags. The previous one decided to sue school districts for mask mandates during covid because *freedom* or whatever fapping attempt to garner national attention.
- On March 8, there was a Hazelwood high school student assaulted by another high school student after school on the way home. So, not on school grounds. Not during the school day. It was a white girl who got assaulted by a black girl, so there’s all sorts of racist dogwhistling happening. Anyways, twatwaffle AG Bailey decided to grandstand and open an “investigation” into the school district and their lawyer responded.
It’s a beautiful letter. It’s blunt and scathing. The fact that an attorney published this? Amazing. Enjoy for your nightly reading.
okay…..i will say….that i now kinda see why some of the office wonks are paid better than us
that has got to be one of the wordiest now kindly fuck off shit ive read…..barring some of rips stuff
is not a thing i could do
Yeah this letter really is a thing of beauty!
I mean, it really is. I’m in awe.
Waffle House employees in Georgia walked out to protest a company policy charging them $3 per shift for a meal whether they ate it or not. Many don’t have time.

There’s a Waffle House union organizing effort starting up which I’m sure will take longer than the UAW’s effort to organize VW’s plant in Tennessee. But the more the vultures can be put on the defensive, the better.
The fucking audacity to charge their own employees for a meal during a shift.
Especially given the weird shit that Waffle House employees put up with? And the expectations that anything less than a cat 4 hurricane isn’t an excuse to miss work?
THE AUDACITY.
Kudos.
My wife is in love with our AG & next governor. I kind of am too!

As a former (long ago) resident of Rolla, Missouri, I am not surprised that there is a state official who is such a tool.
Yeah it really is the norm.
Brighter, is Krissy Anderson’s death getting talked about much down there, yet?
*In Particular*, the “between the lines” parts of the story going on *within* the story of her death “from sepsis”?

https://fox4kc.com/news/longtime-chiefs-cheerleader-dies-after-childbirth/
Because ^those^ stories I saw make it *SOUND* at first, like her death came from a *FULL TERM* pregnancy…
But what *I* would like to know, is–is ANYONE bringing up yet, that her death is just *one of the first* which WILL likely be occurring–and occurring FAR more often in the coming years, because of the new Abortion Bans that the legislature down there passed;
https://missouriindependent.com/2024/02/08/missouri-abortion-legislation-defund-planned-parenthood-defund/#:~:text=Under%20Missouri%20law%2C%20abortion%20is,of%20a%20major%20bodily%20function.%E2%80%9D
Her baby was “Stillborn” at 21 WEEKS!!!!
24-25 Weeks is the point in a pregnancy when a fetus is considered “viable”…
Her baby as STILLBORN.
Meaning *she was FORCED TO DELIVER her child, because under Missouri Law, it is illegal to do a D&C to *terminate* a pregnancy now–the fetus HAS to be dead *FIRST*, or the mother’s life has to be in imminent danger…
And as we all know, a miscarriage–without hemorrhaging–isn’t considered “imminent damger”🙃🫠😱
Reading *between* the lines of the reporting? It *sounds* like she began to miscarry/lost the fetal heartbeat… but they had to PROVE the heartbeat was gone, *or* wait for Krissy’s body to *naturally* start expelling the baby… then she was forced to deliver their daughter stillborn….
Annnnnd then–if I’m guessing correctly–much like Savita Halappanavar, in Ireland, back in 2012?
The doctors “had” to wait until the baby was dead *on its OWN*, before they could start dealing with the end of the pregnancy–which then allowed sepsis in, potentially (likely) crossing the placental barrier, and leading to the (unnecessary!) death of another mother, because of Sepsis💔
The fact that there is *STILL* so little *known* about what all *exactly* can cross the Placental Barrier, back & forth, between gestating people, and the fetus they carry?
It’s frankly, HORRIFYING, in light of all the idiotic laws getting passed, which essentially BAN women in Krissy’s position– with a WANTED, but *NONVIABLE* pregnancy, from *SAFELY* terminating their pregnancy–so that they COULD go on to have a baby later… and *instead*, forcing them to keep carrying a dying fetus, until the FETUS succumbs, and then opening up an *INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS possibility/likelihood of sepsis setting in, and KILLING the mother, before the dead fetal tissue is fully removed/expelled from her body.
She DIDN’T HAVE TO DIE.
But with the stupid new laws?
It looks like she was likely forced to die.

I haven’t seen coverage about it here in St Louis. However, she was a Kansas resident from the KC news article I found, and abortion is legal there up until like 22 weeks I think.
So I don’t know that she was forced to keep the fetus? It might just be medical racism at play here.
Thanks, I somehow missed the Kansas residence part of the story! (I think because of the “former cheerleader” bit, and the Chiefs being in MO)!💖
Well done, HSD attorney.
