A friend of mine was doing field work in a stream in Eastern KY. She had her lunch,laptop and, some salamanders she’d collected in a cooler. A bear came along and took her cooler. She was lucky, when the cooler flipped open her laptop fell out and the bear left it behind. She said she may have reacted a little like this, lol.
It’s cold outside.
