Some libraries go for a pointed roof, which might help in the worst snow storms, although they’re probably just decorative.
And finally, this library was made by someone who has written some raves and rants you may have read on this site. This piece, for example, was kicked off by a pamphlet that came out of this spot.
This library’s interior and top lantern are lit up at night with solar powered Christmas lights, and light also shines out of the Little Free Library signs at the top.

I’d like to say it was an original idea, but there are a million of them out there, including some non-mini libraries which are as big as the originals.

You’ll see mini barns for sale as garden decorations out in the country, and I kind of wonder if someone converted one of those for their library.
welp…if they did…i still love it…lol
Sometimes people will buy those country craft decorations at farm stands and then turn them into other things. For instance spray paint wooden cows black and turn them into skeletons for Halloween, repaint barns in tie die patterns, things like that.
i so wish halloween was a thing over here….
dressed up kids shouting trick or treat i can live with
but no…i have to wait a month….and then deal with kids singing songs at me
