What’s the best use of leftover US Thanksgiving meal that you’ve managed over the past few days? Turkey or ham panini? Turkey burritos? Mashed potato cakes? Deep-fried stuffing? Frozen gravy pops?

We didn’t have any Thanksgiving leftovers, but generally I like everything made with leftovers.
We usually just eat straight leftovers or I make turkey dips (turkey sandwich on sourdough w/ gravy for dipping) but this year I made stock last night and going to do a ramen tonight with the broth as the base.
I made a stuffing wrap/burrito/fajita the other day with shredded cheddar and gravy. Was surprisingly good
Turkey burritos are fantastic, especially if you have a little leftover gravy for dipping!
Turkey dark meat is really, really good in a quesadilla.
no thanksgiving here….a mate i visited on sunday sent me home with some roti wraps tho
dudes pretty fucking good at making island food…
was a fantastic breakfast
My favorite leftover was the turkey sandwich with gravy and cranberry sauce, stuffing, and roasted veggies with mashed potatoes on the side.
We had a vintage Betty Crocker casserole recipe that was fantastic with leftover turkey. It was the kind you made a bechamel for and tossed in whatever veggies you wanted with rice and it was so good.
