  1. We usually just eat straight leftovers or I make turkey dips (turkey sandwich on sourdough w/ gravy for dipping) but this year I made stock last night and going to do a ramen tonight with the broth as the base.

  3. We had a vintage Betty Crocker casserole recipe that was fantastic with leftover turkey. It was the kind you made a bechamel for and tossed in whatever veggies you wanted with rice and it was so good.
