  3. I try to walk every day but it’s getting tougher to summon any enthusiasm for it. And now Florida’s late afternoon thunderstorms have started, so you can’t even wait for early evening.

  6. My work has dropped a project in our laps that is so implausible on the projected timeline that it could be an episode of Monty Python’s Flying Circus.

    Luckily I’ve got decades of gallows humor to keep me entertained and I did tell a coworker hey we should check Prime Day for a deal on bathing toasters.
