The last of the plants in the flower beds are losing the battle with fall, and yet I still have some strawberries (!) trying to ripen. A weird time of year to be sure. What’s going on in your neck of the woods?

I have three tomatoes in grow bags holding on. That’s it.
Lots of tomatoes not going to ripen. Dahlias & roses still clinging to flowers. Last of my peppers are about ripe in the greenhouse, not sure what to do with so many habaneros.
Debating which of my perennials to deadhead and which to be like fuck it, good enough.
It’s Nov. 3 in Florida and the orchids are doing fine.
i still have a boatload of habaneros what need picking…and then i guess we’re going to try and get the plants through winter alive….supposedly possible… but our attempts so far have failed…usually because of wierd weather or surprise cold snaps
