…it’s a tad obvious…like when dolly said that “I will always love you” “didn’t sound like that when I sang it”…but I think trent reznor was quoted as saying “well, I guess that’s just his now…” in more or less those words?

Seriously I didn’t know you could out-belt Idina Menzel but letting the song feel more like a rock ballad made all the difference.

Fifty-one years ago today, David Bowie released an entire album of cover versions. I was a kid and man did I ever rock in my room to that vinyl. Bought it at R&S Records on Armitage Ave for $2.49.
