Unfortunately, the term, “Lights, Camera, Action!” was not used in this song, but here’s Glenn Close as Norma Desmond singing the showstopper from “Sunset Boulevard.” I can’t believe it was almost thirty years ago that we saw it. And I saw it three times, because out-of-towners wanted to go to something on Broadway and I’d be like “Sunset Boulevard!”

    You don’t meet many Broadway gays gayer than I am. Or used to be. Did I tell you how many times I have seen “Cabaret”?
