Deadsplinter Up! All Night: Demos & Unreleased Rough Gems

What is today? It’s Demo Day!!! -Chip Gaines

Welcome! Tonight’s Friday DUAN is all about demo recordings & unpolished music. It’s always fun to hear the original versions of songs from your favorite artists before they recorded them in the studio.

Share some of your favorite demos or early unpolished recordings.

Thanks for supporting DUAN and Deadsplinter!

She later released her self-produced demos of eight tracks from that album, plus six demos from other projects–allegedly because although Albini’s versions were great and critically praised, the production was heavy-handed. Both are great, fwiw.]
