When this publishes, I will have returned on Sunday from a ski and snowshoe trip to a back-country yurt. I’m sure it was beautiful, but I’m also sure that I returned wrecked from going out and packing as much snow fun into a weekend as possible.
Was I in the best shape to undertake such a thing? Not at all!
