Deadsplinter Up! All Night: Health

Of health, whereto the ribs of mirth are wed

All the results of my physical came in yesterday, and I’m the very picture of health. My doctor even called me to tell me to keep doing what I’m doing (which mostly is watching basketball on the TV).

What is my secret, you ask? Well, let me tell you, it’s clean living, clean water, clean air and plenty of exercise. Here is an actual photo of me doing my daily workout with some friends.

They say when you have your health you have everything, but I sure could use a plate of fried clams and a Guinness right about now.

    • to be fair tho…. my dad was born and raised in london….i think his dad moved there for the work…and you know his dads dad was from scotland…at which point i figure im just english….or a dunglish muggle

i am however still entitled to a brodie kilt

(entitled in scottish means im allowed to pay full wack for the actual family tartan…..but hey….theres a different one for bastard brodies…..and its no cheaper….wouldnt be fair to only fleece one side of the family after all)

  1. I’m pretty much over playing volleyball so now that it’s spring I can hopefully get on my bike more…

probably safer than my old exercise…

Oh, who am I kidding, I’m just going to stick to 16oz curls

  2. Anthony Newley! His second of three wives was Joan Collins. So fabulous. I ask you: would you rather enjoy a drink or 7 at the Connaught in the 1960s or go to one of those faux-speakeasies, which is a tired trend and I’m surprised it’s still around, or even worse one of those rooftop “lounges” with carefully curated “signature cocktails.” No. They would have run screaming for the exits.
