One of my all time favorite live acts for comedy and music was the Asylum Street Spankers. The lead singer, Wammo always has a beer in his hand while performing. They constantly changed talented musicians but had so many great songs, highly recommend checking out their DVD or at least some live performances on youtube. Here’s just 2 of my favorites but it is sooooo hard to only pick two! Hick Hop
and Leafblower
The brilliant Frank Zappa . . . gonna be a dental floss tycoon.
The Lords Of The New Church – Like A Virgin

That’s some awesome rap stuff right there! Here’s some old Hawaiian humor from a different rap, Rap Reiplinger
“i could think of only one thing”
LOL
The singer of a cheesy pirate metal band decided it wasn’t cheesy enough, so he started another, cheesier, one about Scottish space warriors.
I’d watch the 80’s cartoon, “Glory Hammer” that this sounds like an intro to?
The lovely and talented Norah Jones (my guess is that Norah is another one of Myo’s musical crushes :/ ) combines with Neil Young to perform “Down By the River”.
When I think of Neil’s nickname, The Godfather of Grunge, and the influence that he had on the Grunge genre, I often think of this song, especially the guitar solo, which has that Grunge feel to it.
regarding that topic:
WOW!!! EVE! AWESOME!
Truth be told, a huge (HUGE) crush I had when I was 11ish was MC Lyte:
Noice, I’d never seen this version before.
While I respect your choice of Wierd Al songs, as a Canadian it is more appropriate to use this song about the USA.
I also once convinced my gf this was a real love song. She believed me for about a month before she finally paid attention to the lyrics. I was kind of a dick back in the day.
Flight of the Conchords – I’ve Got Hurt Feelings
Jemaine Clement is one of my celebrity crushes.
My first night at college in Maine, the school hosted a show by local legends The Wicked Good Band. As a southern New England kid, I immediately began to question my decision-making process:
Fun fact: People in British Columbia say “harsh” the same way New Englanders say “wicked” so this would be The Harsh Good Band.
Growing up in southern New England, “wicked” was an adjective (“that car’s wicked”). In Maine, it’s more of an adverb (“that car’s wicked fast”).

This is so good tonight y’all!
