Jim Morrison live at the Hollywood Bowl in 1968! I’m surprised that anyone who attended remained conscious enough to crawl to their cars and drive home, or to their next destination. I would have ben immobilized. I wonder if Cedars-Sinai saw an uptick in their emergency room admissions. Probably.

I absolutely adore this song. I sing it sometimes when *someone* I know gets off a particularly contentious phone call, but I do not try to mimic the accent of a Hindu. It’s also a little difficult to watch this video because can you imagine what they smelled like? I mean, the house behind them is lovely and I’m sure well-equipped, but…
