Not exactly a parody, because it’s an original, but still funny as hell. JR and the Roadkill Choir – I’m Drinkin’ You Beautiful
Forgot that it was Tuesday.
You’re Too Ugly to be Cheating on Me
Kermit The Frog – Piggy Got Back
lol…that was a thing of beauty
The Gun Club –
Motherfarcy Of EarthSpeaking of our dear Cousin Matthew, he is in the hospital and has no internet, per say. He sent me an email today saying “Going under the knife very soon. I will write you a long, long email about all of it. Say hello to all my buddies for me. ” Leg surgery I believe. But the best part was the subject line – this is a cut/paste – RE: TODAY IS THE DAY THAT DEADSPLINTER LOADS UP ON FOOD-RELATED POSTS?!?! Please join me in wishing him all the best, and a quick and painless recovery!
Absolutely — best wishes to Cousin Matty. Glad that he was able to send out an e-mail.
I also wish him a speedy recovery, and tell him I expect him to weigh in on the side of chewy bacon when he’s back.
No.
Sending CMTL – lots of good luck and hope for a speedy recovery!
Hope the surgery works out and with luck he becomes just CML without the T.
Sending good thoughts for a successful surgery and quick, complete recovery.
…all the best to cousin matt…along with a mea culpa, I guess…I knew not what I was instigating
…where angels fear to tread & so on & so forth
…may his return to us be swift…& come with a restored ability to log in from his phone, for that matter…he knows we all went nuts on the food stuff because we miss him, right?
Well, I’m very happy that he finally found someone who would listen to him and deal with the problem. Here’s hoping for a good outcome. I’m sure the physical therapy will be no fun, but that’s what he’s got us for.
Best wishes & get well soon Cousin Matthew!
Cousin Matthew will come back with an outrageous tale culminating in something like “and then they amputated and now I shall evermore be a pirate,” and he’ll say it so convincingly that we’ll all believe him.
Good luck with the surgery Cousin Matthew! I wish you a fast recovery and an abundance of internet connectivity.
i dont actuyally know what that parodies 🙁
Hey, is that your face or did your pants fall down?
I take that “Dirty Deeds Done With Sheep” personally.
I mean, that’s your intro (to the barn) music, is it not?
having spent most of me life on farms…i understand
😛
Not sure this qualifies as straight parody; more like mash-up. And I think it was someone in here (@loveshaq) who put these German geniuses on my radar.
Ramouns – Surfin’ USA
now i just want to blind guardian again
oh god…im such a fanboi
My favorite parody artist of the last four years. All of the songs he’s done (and there are dozens) are parodies of Broadway tunes, so if you don’t know much about musicals, you’ll be lost. I do, and I still had to look some up. But Randy is a really good singer — he started touring before the pandemic.
I sort of fretted about what he would do once Biden was inaugurated, but who am I kidding? Of course there’s still loads of political train wreck material for Randy Rainbow to write parodies for at least the next decade.
I went through the same thing and came to the same conclusion. There will never be a shortage of idiots.
…not exactly a specific song parody so much as an impressive send up of a pretty broad sweep…but are you familiar with the axis of awesome?
…or maybe this one?
Nine inch Richard- Closer to Hog
And my Twofer? People = Shit!
haha…richard cheese is always a winner
