One of my favorite gypsy jazz groups did a take on the Godfather theme, much different than Slash but some mighty fine guitar playing!

speaking of solo, did fanny dislike her solo birthday? I imagine she wanted a bigger crowd!
She really misses her doggy friends. When we go for walks and she sees other dogs she cries. She’s very social and had a group of friends she played with almost daily. We’d have parties at each other’s homes. I feel so sorry for her. The first thing we’re doing when it’s safe is throw a dog party on the patio.

It’s super easy to do, just follow the instructions and claim it *now,* because I suspect that they pledged to plant _____ many trees, and like any good corporation…. will expect that *most* of the folks who claim the reward will NOT bother to follow through–so they can get a great press release,without *actually* needing to do the work…

I don’t have Verizon but that is a good thing. Every year on a weekend in April our city holds a big tree planting event. Not this year of course, sigh. There are so many things I miss.

In a sports related note, I didn’t know that Roy had drug issues which could be considered a secondary cause to his demise in a light plane. This is so surprising to me (but it probably shouldn’t) because he seemed so straight laced.
Also, if we are going to talk Godfather, you have to have the Godfathers! Why? Cause I Said So!
