If things go according to plan — what could possibly go wrong? — when this publishes I will be at the local Walgreens (not a paid endorsement) getting my latest Covid vaccine. I’m curious to see if my insurance will pay for all of it, or “most”.
Anyway, as the resident hypochondriac, I hope everyone here is getting the new vaccine, as I care for you dearly, and I’m seeing way too many people come down with Covid in the past 4 weeks or so. And now knowing a couple of people dealing with Long Covid, man, please take care of yourselves.

(I can’t believe my spell-checker still flags “Covid”. What the fuck are all those Chrome updates for, Google?)
I got my Tetanus booster a couple if weeks ago. Flu and Covid are next.
….couple OF weeks ago.
I just got back from a job & at the end of the day the lady tells us she has had Covid for weeks. Luckily, we were outside & I didn’t get very close to here at any point. Don’t need that 5 days from leaving for Iceland (a trip that was cancelled because of the pandemic in the first place!)
stay hydrated
Well there’s good news and bad news:
Everything went just fine with my vaccine, but my wife just tested positive for Covid.
Wish us both luck.
Wishing you all the best happy thought but no prayers…
Thanks, buddy, appreciate that.
