  1. We did ours on Saturday. We have 6 large bins of ornaments I have to get down in the garage but wife has been using less from each box the last couple years. We got a living tree last year & kept it on the deck all year. It grew some but still small enough it takes much less ornaments than previous trees we cut down.

  2. My lousy reading eyesight nearly ended me in trouble. I took a break from studying, I was reading my phone and scrolling thru RIPs DOT and someone (female) thought I was taking pics of them but did not mention or complain to me (can’t say I blame them.) A librarian came by later to ask me if I was being an old perv.

    I told him that I do have some issues reading stuff on my phone and offered to show my photo gallery. I get why a female would feel uncomfortable so I wasn’t angry or pissed off. The librarian told me to be careful where I pointed it. I finished my last assignment of the year and submitted it without getting treated like some creepy old man.

  4. Decorating this weekend because I’m hosting a party. I haven’t done the latter in over a decade…and I’m totally not freaking out about it at all. 30+ adults, 15+ children under ten… it’s going to be chaos…in a mostly good way.
