Hope I’m not doubling up something someone already posted for NOT. Let’s talk diners.
It’s been a while since I’ve been in one, but I love them. Fried eggs over easy, grilled cheese and fries, chicken noodle soup, Greek salads, pancakes…. the list goes on and on.
What about you? Got a soft spot in your heart for them? Got any food you love to get there? Or would you rather look elsewhere for your greasebombs and your comfort food?

My favorite diner has the best Apple dumplings. And they make a good crispy fry.

In my hard drinking days I loved hitting the all night diner after the bars closed. Loading up on eggs and greasy potatoes, sharing a few final laughs with friends. Or sometimes going to the diner at the crack of noon after a particularly rough night.
They’re great for sobering up and settling your stomach before you turn in.
