Janis Joplin – Piece of My Heart
thats cheating man…..that song is definitely catnip to me…..least when she sings it…
Had a friend in college who said she would love to be able to sing like Janis. I told her if she drank a bottle of whiskey and smoked a carton of cigarettes every day for two years she’d be able to do just that.
I always thought they sounded like walking into an arcade. Seeing them live was the first time I saw a band with a laptop as an instrument.
Godseed’s bassist King ov Hell played for these guys
Gaahl was the singer for awhile. There was a dispute over the Gorgoroth name after he left. He eventually changed his version of Gorgoroth to Godseed.
