I had the first ripe figs of the year today. It looks like we’ll have a big crop, so we should be gorging for a month.

The first ones are green, and there are purple ones that are rioening later. We’ll see how many the birds get.

I’m flying to Montreal next week with the whole HZ gang. I’m excited to introduce friends & family to bébéHz and eat all the food of course.
At my age, I try to keep excitement to a minimum. If I find a quarter on the ground, I’ll still do my happy twerking dance though.
