What are some of your favorite desserts?
I am a sucker for a good chocolate chip cookie, as basic as that sounds. A slice of marble cake never goes amiss.
I’m not a fan of pies, too much hassle and mess.

If you like it served warm with vinegar for the dressing, you’d be fighting all my older family for my great aunt’s german potato salad at family gatherings when I was a kid. I didn’t get to even try it until I was 14 or 15 because the older generations would just devour it.
Crème Brûlée I cannot pass up though I do love cheesecake & some chocolate things. Shave Ice w/ ice cream is great on a hot day.
There’s a restaurant I go to that makes creme brulee maracons and they are fucking delightful.
We have a place that makes Crème Brûlée cheesecake, my family knows to get that for me for my birthday.

(That’s meant for brightersider, by the way. I do hope to make it to Seattle relatively soon, but I’m only getting as far up there as Portland this fall.)

I’m having withdrawals
I was skimming that too fast and thought for a second it said tilapia filling and I didn’t like the sound of that.
Haupia = delicious coconut pudding
Talapia = Garbage fish that is all of a sudden passed off as quality white fish

Some days it’s “stim foods” like Haribo and/or Lay’s Original potato chips.
Other days, I crave Nanaimo Bars, annnnd the other-other days, lately?
It’s either Saint Angel, *orrrrr* Le Fromager–because who doesn’t like Night Cheese?

Almost anything. I’ll past up some sweets over others, like things with nuts or coconut or DARK chocolate, but I’d rather have dessert than dinner. If it weren’t for basic health and human decency, I’d just eat candy.
