…there’s a binary choice at stake & a matching binary setup for how to interrogate the options available…if you ask one side the answer is truthful & if you ask the other the answer is a lie…& through one door lies a guarantee of death…except sadly that’s more by way of being a more vs less kind of a guarantee
…either way there seems to be a problem…traditionally the solution is to ask either party which door the other party would recommend & then pick whichever isn’t indicated in response…it’s a neat bit of logic & has a certain elegance to it, even…but Dolt45 wouldn’t know elegance if it punched him in the nuts
…so, when Mueller…a man who ultimately is a fan of the law, the Union & (when it comes down to it) the existence of the Republican party…says that he wasn’t granted access to all the information he sought…much of which he had good reason to believe was deliberately kept from him in a fashion that is extremely rare where exculpatory evidence is concerned…none the less states unequivocally that were the defendant’s standing that of a private citizen & not a vainglorious moron cowering behind the seat of power the evidence his investigation did accrue is sufficient to declare that one Trump, Donald J (lately of NY but now the very definition of Florida Man) would be on trial already…it doesn’t take a stable genius to figure out that the voice yelling “total exoneration” is coming from the lying side of the equation
…which makes this kind of thing hard enough to credit
