  3. Fucking Joel Kinnaman is so hot. The movie looks awesome. Totally something I would look forward to watching if he wasn’t accused of rape. There must be hundreds of hot Swedish actors available. I wish they gave someone new a chance.

    Notice how the main bedroom’s bed is actually two beds side by side? They do that in Germany too and it makes so much sense to me. Having separate smaller mattresses and duvets is more comfortable. Then again, I’ve never been one to spoon or snuggle.

    • I’m sort of surprised in Finland they aren’t so focused on staying warm that they have the whole family and several dogs and cats crammed into one bed.

  5. I’m not gonna lie, I will probably watch a John Woo Christmas movie, no matter how ridiculous (and “Silent Night” looks hella ridiculous).

    ETA: But no thanks to “Thanksgiving”. I like axes, and Hollywood has a long history of villainizing this simple, agenda-free tool.

  7. I get the heebie jeebies too far out in country. Isolation is scary. I may not want to talk to people, but I like the option of dining out.
