…the deaf president thing looks like it’d be interesting & the golf one seems likely to be…endearing…not sure the spike lee one grabbed me with the trailer but those are usually worth checking out & the coen bro one likewise…plus chris evans as a villain is fun
…the western will probably hook me…brosnan & sam jackson bode pretty well for that…& the old guard sequel I’d expect to me more of the fairly enjoyable same
…the long walk, I recall reading a long time ago…was one his bachman ones, I think…& it’s a brutal premise which presumably had something to do with the one that became the running man…& although I liked the arnie film fine I recall thinking the text version ended better…so…mixed feelings about a live action long walk, I guess?

Bestie and I joke about what a delight it is watching Chris Evans play an absolute heel. But the joy isn’t in his eyes for this one.
It was fun to see him be the over the top bad guy in the Grey Man. But this trailer has me side eyeing all the obvious misogyny (male gaze and violence against women etc).
…there was a deadpool bit for him that I thought might have had something to do with the casting…& I don’t know if the coen effort would turn out to get the pass I guess I give things in proximity to deadpool (at least when it’s recognizably deadpool) when it comes to the pretty reasonable criticisms you make, there
…could be wrong in at least a few ways but I suppose I differentiate between when that’s in the…let’s call it the james bond mold…rather than the way the “I get a year older…they stay the same age” guy is presented in dazed & confused…it gets muddy somewhere south of deadpool & maybe it’s less ok than I maybe am with it in a world where people are #teamhomelander…but I guess I’d be hoping it threads some sort of needle & the eye-rolling is a load-bearing element of the joke?
