I love leftovers, especially after a big holiday meal or Sunday dinner. Maybe it’s because I’ve done most of the cooking, and by the time the food hits the table, I’m over it. But the next day, the house is quiet. I can day drink, and relax. Everything tastes much better. I’m always surprised by people who say they don’t like and won’t eat leftovers. Who wouldn’t want to eat a complete turkey dinner on a stuffing waffle?

Hell yeah! I love the leftovers & always make sure we make too much so that I can pig out for multiple meals. My favorite is making turkey dips on sourdough with the leftover gravy for dipping.

Is there any leftover pie ?
A bunch, huge pie for us 3. We are taking it over to neighbors for game night later. It is really good but too decadent to not share.
I’m not sure I’d want to clean the waffle iron, though.
I’m going to try it tomorrow. I don’t think it will be too bad.
Leftover turkey makes great quesedillas.
On Black Friday I always have a turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce. I’ll get fancier as I start tiring of turkey. 🙂
