I appreciate the commitment to silliness it takes to design a Rube Goldberg-style machine. From Goldberg’s drawings to the elaborate bong one of my High School friends created when his parents were out of town.
This is worth the 5+ minutes it takes to watch. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. And that you have a more efficient beverage pouring system for your happy hour.
Cheers, Deadsplinters!
The family of a friend ( father, two teenagers) used to do this. From 3rd floor to garage, often resulting in buckets of water or ice on the head. The video made me nervous after the jagged broken glass…Happy weekend, @Hannibal!
And the spilled wine, I wanted to clean it up, lol. Happy weekend to the Blacksmiths too!
really….the wineglass didnt break till a fucking brick fell on it?
im calling it fake
wine glasses break if you look at them funny…much less knock them over
they are not made of metal
I’m guessing that had quite a few break ahead of schedule. I wonder how many takes they had yo film before getting it perfect?
I counted at least five cuts (maybe six ’cause I bin drinkin) so I doubt it was done in a single take. Impressive, nonetheless.
Good eye!
Rowland Emett is another famous maker of these kinds of things. His work was featured in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
