We finally got out of the fog today and had to get on my bike and ride down to the beach. Beautiful sunshine but low 40s makes for a brisk ride. For happy hour I plan on drinking some wine, my local grocery store closed out a few really good reds so I had to clean them out. Got all the 2016 and 2017 of this…

40s is good walk/bike/hike temps. Warm enough to get out in, cool enough so you don’t feel gross. I prefer red wines to white but I can’t drink them anymore, they give me terrible heartburn.
I miss Lego sets. Our son went through his Lego phase during the Star Wars prequels. Didn’t like the movies but loved the toys. Right now drinking a coffee with some Irish cream. Hoping to stay up past 8 pm.
My daughter never got into Legos. I don’t know if they were still considered boys toys back then or just weren’t her thing. She was big into Playmobiles, just as expensive but less buildy. Coffee with Irish Cream sounds good. It’s been a tough day and I’m out of bourbon. * sigh*
We saved all of his Playmobile. As you said that stuff isn’t cheap.
im watching korean zombies eat people
also i just got blocked by the one anti vaxxer that actually had my phonenumber
i just asked him why he had to quarantine for some sniffles…
heartbroken me…i think i just got dumped
didnt even get dumped by text…just blocked….how rude
anyways
stepping out for a smoke..and then its back to zombies!
@farscythe: I wonder which Korean zombie entertainment you’re watching. There is such a wealth of selection now, one cannot simply assume you’re referring to Train to Busan or Kingdom. I watched this unexpected gem last autumn and would like to wholeheartedly recommend it to DS. It’s lighthearted, witty, has great self-aware indie sensibilities, and surprised this viewer who decidedly isn’t into zombie apocalypse films.
all of us are dead is me today
its pretty good so far
(edit) zombie for sale looks awesome! ill be finding that next
anyways…its not korean…but i recommend fido
Hahaha I can always count on you to brighten my day. 😊
Iced coffee today, decaf.
decaf isnt coffee….just like 0% isnt beer
its lying to yourself
It’s freezing here, I only do iced coffee on warm or hot days. It’s a little late for coffee but I think @keitelblacksmith has inspired me to make a boozy hot cocoa.
I remember stepping on Legos…ouch.
I did that once or twice at a friend’s home. Those little bricks hurt like hell!
When I was a kid, my German Shepherd dog would get annoyed after I had the Legos out for too long in his living room. He’d come in and just lay on the pile of Lego bricks all over the carpet.
I would think that would hurt like hell, but did not stop him.
That’s great, lol. He was a spiteful tough guy.
That doggo was fucking amazing. He was the one that babysat me when my dad was like “just listen to the dog and don’t turn on the stove or open the door for strangers” when he left me home alone at far too young an age.
My parents left me with my stoner brother. Your dog was probably a better babysitter.
