One of my cousins managed to lose their wallet into fresh concrete being poured during highway construction. Oops.
This post is brought to you by me managing to lose my favorite bra despite having worn it last week and knowing the last place I wore it was in my own house. My small house.

…I don’t know if this would be relevant to that search but I have at times when I’ve been living alone more than once managed a variant on falling down & forgetting to hit the ground whereby instead of doing something I’m so used to I don’t consciously think of it as a habit I placed something somewhere it wouldn’t usually be & then proceed to work out from all the places I’d normally expect to find that to feeling like I’ve looked in *all* the places it could possibly be…except for the ones it obviously wouldn’t be…which at some later point I’ll find the thing in & be reassured that I wasn’t nuts to think it had to be somewhere…but utterly unable to explain how I could have thought I’d looked there when I was looking *everywhere*
…it’s like an ultra-niche version of the SEP field…except there isn’t a somebody else to appeal to so that seems like the wrong name for it?
I searched all over and then was sitting on my couch and glanced up to see it hanging off the back of a chair. I don’t know, I got nothing.
I was going to post something I lost but I can’t remember what it was? Seriously, I’ve been forgetting a bunch of little things recently, it is a little worrying. My wife is getting way worst & it’s probably a fast race to who can get Alzheimer’s first. On a happier note, one of my favorite breweries has come out with a classic rant for their latest beer! I love these guys so much. They once poured beers at a beer fest in tutus. They are burly bearded brewers, quite the picture! Here’s the rant in the beer description…

He donates TENS OF MILLIONS of dollars every year to some of the most morally corrupt and heinous PACs, politicians, and causes. In 2022, an article in the Chicago Tribune noted he’s donated over $31.5 million to Republican candidates since 1998. When we brewed this beer last year, he had DOUBLED THAT AMOUNT between 2022 & 2024 – donating $68 million according to opensecrets.org, a site that tracks PAC donations. But wait, there’s WAY more – in the 2024 election cycle, ULINE donated $146 MILLION DOLLARS TO CONSERVATIVE SUPER PACS – including Make America Great Again Inc, the Restoration PAC, Club for Growth Action PAC, Preserve America PAC, Fix Washington PAC, and Fair Courts America – the latter is behind our current conservative Supreme Court justices and State judiciaries that have made a string of abhorrent decisions. And according to the Financial Times, he is the single largest donor to the anti-abortion movement and to pro-gun rights groups. SERIOUSLY FUCK THIS GUY. Why are we telling you all this? Because breweries all over the country purchase packaging, shipping, and warehouse supplies from the ULINE catalog every day, and this money funnels directly into conservative causes and politicians, pushing anti-woman, anti-immigrant, anti-gun control, anti-social services and anti-free speech agendas. As businesses and humans, we all have a choice when it comes to where we spend our money – and we choose to boycott Uline. Like, actual freedom and not a corrupt, tyrannical fascist regime.
