I read several skeets that all basically said, “If you’re thinking the Epstein Files will be the thing that brings Trump down, you’re going to be disappointed.” And honestly, I think that’s true. I think the orange pedo is all through those files, but his worshippers will blame and shame the victims and nothing much will happen. That’s actually what I’m bracing for, the horrible defenses from supposedly moral people.
Also, I have this mental picture of Congressional staff calling the major news outlets and politicians and saying, “Where can we send your copies?” And all of them saying, “Don’t bother, got a copy right here, had it for a year now.”
Epstein Files are a tool, not a goal. Lots of people are going to defend a pedophile, but the point is that plenty of others are going to look at an already disliked president and slide into the “fully disgusted” camp.
Of course the Democrats will likely start running some pedophiles of their own to blunt the message. (Too cynical? I say NO)
