The Kochs preferred to NOT follow government regulations, because profits. It was cheaper to pay fines than fix their leaking pipeline, and two kids died in a holocaust generated by leaking butane while they were trying to warn people of the danger. I sincerely hope this Koch joins his brother in hell as soon as possible.
