Strange But True: Marathon Match

On May 7, 1979, Ricky Tolston and Jeff Sutton began to play tennis at Bill Faye Park in Kinston, North Carolina. They finished playing on May 11, after 105 hours. It was the longest recorded nonstop singles match.

I tried looking up information on this, but my search skills aren’t really that great so couldn’t find anything.  I really want to know if it was 105 straight hours of playing time, or if he’s simply counting four days for a single match, even if they took breaks at the end of each day to sleep.
