Sunday Afternoon

We just finished up our late lunch from the local diner. Fantasy rosters are set and getting ready to enjoy the second Irish creme coffee of the day courtesy of Ellie. After that the couch and the NYT are calling my name. This Sunday stuff is hard work. I do have bulbs to plant but that may not happen.

What do you got going on now.

Are you a busy bee?

Or more like this?

  1. My wife has taken the two puppies we’re sitting and now me and the two adult dogs can relax.

I want to be careful about the return to regular time, though, because sunset will hit an hour sooner and I want to get a walk in before then.

  2. Went for a walk since the wife is finding the gym too much with the broken wrist.  Then she asked me to trim the arborvitae which did NOT go well.  All the batteries died on the hedgers, she chose a line too low which means I needed the chainsaw on a stick which kept getting stuck.  I finally called it for now for more battery charging and wine hangover recovery.  Maybe I’ll try again after the Seahawks game?

  3. i was making a sunday roast…and watching f1 at the same time

the f1 was fantastic…..least if you enjoy total chaos it was

the roast was fantastic too….if you enjoy slow roast pork with a bunch of spuds and veggies….
