  1. My nephew’s wedding was very nice. And lots of fun. But I’m worn out. Happy hour Friday, wedding Saturday, brunch on the beach this morning. I’m looking forward to getting home tomorrow.

    • That’s a lot to do! I’m glad you had an enjoyable time but wowsers I’d need social battery recharge time after that.

      • Yep, I’m going into hermit mode when I get home.

        That’s always the movie that comes to mind, when folks ask about cake😆😂🤣💖

  2. Nothing fun but finally FINALLY the ball has started to roll on getting the right tank installed. Had to do some badgering to get the HVAC service to come disconnect the heat pump, and the removal of the deck starts tomorrow. So we spent the whole day clearing shit off and otherwise doing outside fall cleanup. Within about a month or so everything should be done.

      • For the sunroom we have three different heat sources. The heat pump is for early fall/late spring. The mini wood stove is for daytime in the winter and the oil furnace is for overnight in the winter. We’re actually using the oil furnace now because we can control the heat. The wood stove burns so hot it would sweat us out with the weather right now.

  4. Had a really fun weekend with Ms. Meme: hiking, trail running, cycling along the river, soaking in hot springs, and eating a really great meal last night to celebrate our upcoming anniversary.
