I get really really really uncomfortable around coworkers who talk in too much detail about their personal lives especially regarding who and what they do for sex.
Sure between intimates because well, that’s part of the fun of being in a relationship, but not a work one.
I tried using my project management skills to break down “ahh my house is a mess” into “here’s several different distinct tasks needed” and I’m not sure if that made it better or worse to contemplate. Hahahahaa. *cries*
I do that to keep my skills in practice. Seems dorky, but as long as you don’t start making GANT charts and project plans.

Unrelated to that, I have been going to a personal trainer because I hate strength training and simply won’t do it on my own, despite rationally knowing how good it is for me.
Anyways, whatever we did last night has my shoulders telling me about it today. Good thing I don’t have yard work planned for today.
Ice is your friend (not the evil one, the cold one). My wife just tried to get 5 yards of mulch delivered, thank god her procrastination doomed that project or my shoulders and arms too would be hurting!
Also a couple of aspirin or Ibuprofen to bring down the inflammation.
