What’s on the menu this weekend? Anything good?
Now that I’ve cleaned my pantry (thoroughly) (twice), I’m wondering what to cook this weekend. I also need to use up some of the kale in the garden because I need to plant a tomato plant in that area. So I’m definitely eating kale!
Still sending resumes like I’m hopeful I’m getting a job.
Made homemade chow mein (need a wok.)
Also trying to find recipes that use the dry stuff I have with fresh stuff.

welp… dont need to be anywhere til wednesday… a couple bad nights wont do much more than annoy me 🙂
The greens are starting to come in from the local greenhouses and farms and they’re great. Mustard greens, collard greens, turnip greens. We cook ’em up Southern style and they are delicious.
