What’s Cooking? [NOT 14/5/26]

Hi, friends! Happy Thursday!

How is your week going? Are things winding down?

What’s on the menu this weekend? Anything good?

Now that I’ve cleaned my pantry (thoroughly) (twice), I’m wondering what to cook this weekend. I also need to use up some of the kale in the garden because I need to plant a tomato plant in that area. So I’m definitely eating kale!

  1. The greens are starting to come in from the local greenhouses and farms and they’re great. Mustard greens, collard greens, turnip greens. We cook ’em up Southern style and they are delicious.
