They have had Italian flat beans at my farmers market, so I’ve been making double batches of stewed beans and tomatoes with bacon.
Yum! Those flat beans are delicious.

welp….ive got fishy rice for a day extra……was supposed to be just a today thing….but the daughter decided to wait till dinner was about on the table to notify everyone she wouldnt be eating….
so…yeah…lotsa leftovers….
really hate it when she pulls that trick….like…tell me when i start cooking plz…or sooner
