I really like Olivia Rodrigo’s music, and now, apparently, her political activism, if one call a pop/rock singer providing basic health care access activism. Also this song just tickles me; haven’t we all been here (at least in a “fuck it, it’s fine”) situation?

My city has a freeway which ends abruptly because the neighborhoods which were in the path managed to organize and stop it. For decades now there have been efforts to tear down the stub that runs through the edge of the city but they never got anywhere because of a lack of money. It would be good to get some funding for that.
I hope St Louis can get some of that money. Interstate 64 and 70 did a number on some communities.
I feel that way about most right wingers.
