  1. …so…he’s a little over $4million in the hole for the non-punitive slice of the first of three sets of damages courts are lining up to levy against him…with the punitive tally being due sometime today for this first salvo

…so…not a perfect start given how extensive the earning capacity of infowars has been…but hopefully much like the hearing this shit can snowball?

    • It sounds like one of the jurors is a nut who has submitted questions about lizard people, so I don’t know how that round plays out.

But in the next case up shortly in Connecticut it sounds like he’s already burned through the good will of that judge before the trial has started, the attorneys for the parents want the phone contents too, and I assume he gets no trust in terms of document production.

  2. …& I haven’t got to the bottom of what she did or didn’t make herself a nuisance about but it sounds like sinema has agreed to let the manchin edit of the climate bill get through the senate…even if I think it might now be going by an inflation reduction heading nominally speaking?

…& that also seems better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick?

  3. The consequences of the orange experiment are on going, I choked on my coffee reading it.
I have a friend who is a world renowned neurochemist. I was congratulating him on winning an award from The World Brain Trust, itโ€™s a really big deal. His wife told me not to be too impressed by his intelligence. She had recently gone out of town and left instructions for feeding the dog. She called and asked him if he fed her and he replied โ€œof courseโ€, annoyed that she hadnโ€™t trusted him to do a simple task. Then she asked if he had made sure she had water. Silence for a beat or two until he answered, โ€œ you didnโ€™t tell me to give her water too.โ€ I look at her and said, โ€œpoint taken.โ€ He laughed about it though because in addition to being the smartest person Iโ€™ve ever known heโ€™s a hell of a good guy.
