I’m gonna be cheering on the Jays while others may cheer on the Dodgers while trying to forget all the shitty things in the world. I’ll be ecstatic with a win, but I’m also happy because I’ve seen a lot of smug Angelinos suddenly realize that they seriously underestimated their opponent especially after the 18 inning game 3.
I was thinking of using a pic of all world slugger and free agent tease Shoei Ohtani being spun out of his helmet by a nasty pitch from the Jays rookie pitcher Trey Yesavage, but I passed.

I’m w/ Farscy on this one. I think they called it that to emphasize we have the best players in the world even though nobody else plays it? To be clear, Japan cannot be in World Series! At least NBA is National (a little more vague for being only US & Canada). Baseball to me is a bunch of guys scratching their balls in a field & spitting chew while stat nerds figure out random numbers that make my team better than yours.
