A good friend of mine started a streaming platform several years ago to archive, convert, and stream old surf movies done before the digital age. It is a work in progress but he is getting quite the collection of great old movies and content. To promote this he has been traveling around the world to surf communities with Tom Curren & current Steel Pulse guitarist David Elecciri Jr. They are showing old surf movies in old theaters with big crowds and David has been playing music to open the show. Well, it looks like David is now putting out his own solo music and here is his first video…

Love the surf movies. Tried to surf when I lived in California and failed spectacularly.
My sister took me to see Endless Summer in a theater when I was a little kid & I was hooked on surf movies. It was a huge thing in Hawaii & everyone got into it, yelling and hooting. I would leave so exhilarated & wanting to get in the water.
