Which Hulk? There are various versions of Hulk that have different levels of intelligence. Doc Green started out at least as smart as Banner (but has been losing intellect). Professor Hulk had all of Banner’s intellect (and was, essentially, just Banner in Hulk’s body). Joe Fixit had normal level of intellect. World War Hulk was not Banner-level but was relatively smart, clever, and a skilled tactician- even at his most angry he remained of at least average intelligence.

Doesn’t Amadeus Cho claim at some point that even Green Hulk actually has supercharged intelligence and uses it to avoid doing collateral damage in his rages?

Basically the idea is that the entire time Hulk is Hulking out, Banner is inside the head running a bunch of physics simulations with some supercharged intellect to figure out where and how the debris will fall and subtly nudges hulks actions to avoid killing anyone.

…&…best I can manage is to hope that collective anger has the stopping power of a hulk in the face of the out-of-context threat composed of a thing I don’t understand how you call a party…& that enough people get the right kind of angry for that to be the way that goes without all the plot armour

It would appear that uncritically funding the people that hate us so much that they mint coins commemorating body counts instead of listening to the people who said that the institutional rot within the police is so deeply engrained that they represent a danger to us all has mysteriously backfired.

Anyway ICE was filmed desecrating Renee Nicole Good’s memorial & doing violence to people who found that distasteful. Might be too soon to say if this falls into some kind of pattern of behavior if you’re the stupidest motherfucker on earth.

New: we’ve obtained material explaining how an ICE surveillance system, called Webloc, works. Draw shape on a map, see all phones available there, follow them home. All without warrant

“This is a very dangerous tool in the hands of an out-of-control agency.” https://www.404media.co/inside-ices-tool-to-monitor-phones-in-entire-neighborhoods/

The tool uses commercially sourced location data from smartphones. Typically this is collected through code in normal apps, or the online advertising process. Data then provided to ICE via the Webloc tool where users can search specific areas for phones https://www.404media.co/inside-ices-tool-to-monitor-phones-in-entire-neighborhoods/
    screenshot from linked article

Location data from phone companies requires a warrant. But ICE believes this data doesn’t, because people give it up “voluntarily.” That’s according to this internal ICE legal analysis shared with us. Ignores that people don’t know what apps are tracking them https://www.404media.co/inside-ices-tool-to-monitor-phones-in-entire-neighborhoods/
    screenshot drawn from linked material

Here’s the sort of thing Webloc can do:
    – zoom in on specific phone, see where else that device has been locally or around country
    – click a ‘route’ button to see the specific route
    – click a nighttime button to see where at night; their likely home

    No warrant https://www.404media.co/inside-ices-tool-to-monitor-phones-in-entire-neighborhoods/

…&…apparently…at least for today…I am feeling salty the way the fucking oceans do…maybe tipping in a dead sea direction…so…probably stands to reason some stuff appears to be able to float to the surface of my mind that under normal circumstances would sink without trace & not even a ripple because even the calm version is…choppy?

    • gaslighting aside….. can we please stop with the please pray for shit?
      thats for religious people

im agnostic and offended on their behalf

    • …to…or from…that “certain point of view”…that thinks what they’re looking at should always & forever be the only thing on the sharp end…& that counting that among the many certainties that certainly cement them in the place you’d think of as the blunt end of the instrument they’re all about driving to the hilt…from the…rhymes with…rommel

"It would be hard, but not impossible, to try the ICE shooter on state charges and obtain a state-law conviction that Trump couldn’t wipe away. It might seem like the longest shot in the world, but honestly, we have to try something, anything, to stop this — not just in Minnesota, but everywhere."

…while you keep fucking stabbing yourself in your own backbone & claiming to be driving your points home for the home team?

Democrats will continue to vote for Republican judges (like this guy, who refused to say who won the 2020 election) until Democrats are punished for voting for Republican judges

…if the ballpark isn’t enough of a clue for you to know what game you’re in…maybe you don’t belong on the field of play…& I say that as a dues-paid lifetime denizen of the cheapseats…whether or not the iceman cometh…or we get sick of waiting for godot…cometh the hour…what we don’t need is more amateur hour & less if’s worth of unforgiving minutes that cannot be caged within the hardening cold bonds of the dying sunlight on the garden as the sonnets & birds descend upon the earth that compels them…but…that can’t be about this stuff…in that louis’ lines the line is “cannot beg for pardon”…double-or-quits-ed up to “not expecting pardon”, even…not…beg, borrow or steal & all is pardoned…unless you have a problem with the problem’s idea of the solution…in which case crucifixion is too good for ’em

…at this point if I were daniel I’d be planning to ask the lions if it’d be ok if I crashed in their gaffe because dens are cozy & I’m not trying to start any shit because none of my beef is with them or their kith & kin

…can we make it be friday already, please…or better yet…petition daniel craig to make “ladies & gentlemen – the weekend…” into the new war of the worlds maiden broadcast…the hero we need & all that?

      • …oh &…there’s playing games…as in stupid games, stupid prizes

Can't wait to hear from @amyklobuchar.com again about how important getting prices down are as she distracts from aiding and abetting the people who murdered one of her constituents.

…& there’s…having game…like the game the one guy wasn’t aware the one pol’s social media person had…who…works with the social media team who…seem to have kind of a boss for a boss…game-wise?

Mamdani: Today is an incredible win for working people. We’re talking about a $1.2 billion commitment to make universal childcare a reality. What today’s commitment shows is that working families will no longer have to choose between the city they love and the family they want to raise.

…but…that amy maybe isn’t the only person overlooking some parts of the picture?

theres so much horrible shit about the murder of renee good, but there is something deeply terrifying about the way everyone from media to politicians have erased her wife from the story. ive seen far more mention of her late husband than her wife who was sitting next to her when she was murdered
