  1. I used to love the bike ride into work when I lived in the city (or in California). Where I live now is not really condusive to bicycling unless I get the few miles down to a paved road, so I gave my bike to my daughter.

  2. Last week I had some family (two non MAGAt Murrican cousins and my sister) visit for a day so I made a lot of Roasted Geem (Korean word for Nori toasted seaweed squares now sold at supermarkets) for the dinner. I had a lot because I don’t make it often because it can be time consuming and messy and requires a lot of concentration to make (so as not to burn the seaweed.)

I had made some extras so I gave them to the folks in my Chem study group. It was well received although I may have ruined commercial Nori for them because I get packages of hand made fresh seaweed sheets from family in Korea (as opposed to the mechanically made stuff) and not only a richer taste but also pretty bougie/pricey. Plus I lightly brush on Roasted Sesame oil both sides of each sheet and very lightly salt it (as opposed to salting the crap out of it and/or using cheaper canola or olive oil.)
